Delete in the Android app

The preferred and fastest way to request deletion is directly in Launch Circle:

1. Sign in to the Launch Circle Android app.
2. Open Account / Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Review the permanent-deletion notice and tap Delete permanently.

After the request succeeds, Launch Circle clears the local session and returns you to the signed-out screen.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account permanently removes your Launch Circle account and associated Launch Circle service data, including where applicable:

• profile and account identity stored by Launch Circle;
• app records you submitted and their dependent Launch Circle testing records;
• tester assignments, participation, missions, and test progress;
• test results, feedback, issues, and suggestions;
• invite activity involving your account; and
• Launch Circle reliability, tester health, readiness, and testing status/history associated with your account or submitted apps.

Email fallback

If you cannot access the app, email cliu@tradewind.aero from the address associated with your Launch Circle account. Use the subject “Launch Circle account deletion” and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
